Turn the webcam into a private light switch instead of a picture. The game now learns two real camera states—your uncovered room and your fully covered lens—using brightness, contrast, and coarse color balance together, so camera auto-exposure cannot make a covered hand randomly look open again.

UNCOVER = RUN · COVER CAMERA = HIDE.

Cross five scanner rooms by physically covering and uncovering the webcam at the right moments.
